does anyone know of a place in dillion or even ennis that sells suckers? i have some family in twin who wants to try for ling on clark.

Anderson platt has cut sucker but you may want to check the ice first. went out to the marina this morning and couldn't get on because we kept breaking through

I too would be leery of the bank ice...I couldn't tell you how it is exactly but I know we haven't dipped below freezing for well over a week.

Jeeze, I hope not. Buddy and I are planning on making a weekend out of ling fishing down there this weekend.

A coworker went out last night and says you better plan on wearing rubber boots.  Sounds like the bank ice is trash and expect to possible wade in a foot of water in places but the main ice was stil ok.

Thanks for the update on the conditions. It's the only weekend we have to get out so, we'll tough it out and bring our waders and safety gear.
