Freshwater smelt in Mass?
« on: Feb 04, 2015, 10:15 AM »
Just wondering if anyone knows where I can get some smelt through the ice? I've heard lake quinsigamond in Worcester but getting there is a hike for me. Thanks

Theres a couple places in western mass.  Littleville and Onota.  I don't know where your coming from so those could be even more of a hike.

Thanks, yeah I was going off mass.gov pond maps page which is horribly outdated. In fact I went on again after I posted this and they had surprisingly updated quinsig with no mention of smelt
