Hardware store, I just use sheet metal screws. I've had the same ones in for @ 4 yrs.

I have a pair of the Eagle Claw sandal style ice creepers that use the machine sscrew type cleats. So far, I have not been able to find replacement cleats. These are 10/24 machine thread screws. Do not buy the Stabilicers replacement screws available at several sites as those are a metal screw type thread that you could screw directly into a thick sole boot. I tried to remove the threaded insert from my sandals and use the Stabilicers directly in the hole in the rubber sole, but those holes are too large for those screws. In the meantime, I have removed all the cleats from my creepers and coated the threads with Loctite Threadlok and reinstalled them with hopes of not losing any more cleats. I'm still looking for replacement cleats as well.
