How is fishing for pike on budd lake? What is condition of the ice on spruce run reservoir?

Budd has been slow,a couple weeks ago when we just had enough ice to fish the bite was on.I fished the beach saterday and cought a couple small pike and a pic and fished the other side Sunday and got skunked not even a flag.
I live life one fish at a time!

Fished it for 5 hours the other day and zero pike.

Anybody fishing for pike in Pompton lake or Spruce Run Reservoir.How is ice condition there?

Spruce was slow on sunday... only 2 flags :tipup: :tipup: went up all day and they both went up in the morning. Fished from sunrise to sundown. Nobody else caught anything either. Only a couple of flags would go up here and there with nobody home.... Fished shallow and deep water
