Was going to wait till Friday to check.  To early to go out by myself so I'd have to wait till the weekend anyway.

Morse looked to be capped over last night but don't know anything about thickness.  It also looked like the wind had blown most of the snow off the ice.  This was my observation from the town of Cicero end of the lake.

Was watching the news this after noon and had a camera on the lake it looked about the same to me from what I could see.

Do you mean the campground bridge? Surely you are not talking about the dam right?

I checked the docks at red bridge on Morse yesterday evening. The lake was capped over with under an inch of ice.

Ill be hitting Boone's Pond this coming Tues if anyone is interested. Should be good by now, seeing the whole thing is wind protected. Great early ice crappie and gill bite with the bonus keeper channel cat here and there. Look for the clam twin hub.

I was on a public 3 acre pond today 30 mins south of Bloomington, ice was 3-3.25". I was just checking conditions and ice growth, we only got a dusting of snow this week so ice growth has been decent.   I fished for just a few minutes, caught 1 gill.  I'm going to different spot in the morning (SW of Indy), planning on all day fishing.
Good luck guys.
Take a kid fishing!
