Road conditions to Ft.Peck

Heading to Crooked Creek then Devils creek, then mabey Hell creek next few days, any info on roads going in?? snow,mud? need chains? any recomendations  as to locations or bait? gonna try tip-ups for Pike and jig for perch & walleye, plan to use shiners ,dead smelt on tip ups and fat heads on jigs. Looks like a warm up coming, any recent ice reports are helpful , thanx in advance, will give detailed report on return.
