I really don't but I think it would be really fun to do. I'm going to try it this year while I'm out laker fishing. Best tip I can give you is exactly what I did and search "ice fishing kokanee" on youtube. There's a few videos that give tips on how those guys do it.

Iced fished for kokes in Idaho often. Jigged with small trebles and those fireball fake salmon eggs with a flasher 4 to 6" above. Haven't done it for years thou.

Last year on the gorge i decide to target kok's only, with advice from a friend. I fished on the south side of anvil draw. In the bays and around the bird island. On the west side of the gorge. I looked for water about 25 to 35 foot deep. Not by shore or a island, but more like in a more open area away from real structure. I did catch some. I watched my depth finder. Some times they came in like a big bait ball and some times only one. I jigged with a silver/blue doctor spoon 3/16 to 1/4 oz or kastmaster the same size, with no bait. My friend uses small lures also like pk, croc's or other small ones with or with out mealworms. I hope this helps you.

I always fished over the old river channels. The schools would come through at certain depths, usually 15 to 40 ft, every so often. Had good luck jigging kastmasters and swedish pimples tipped with meal or wax worms. It can be very exciting when the big schools come through. You just have to find them.
