Fishing Karma is the REAL DEAL.
TREATING OTHERS generously is most important. We were fishing a pond of Lake Ontario and we had the killer bait and knew how to use it. We were catching huge bull head 2 at a time, large carp and one huge eel. We even got a dog fish. There were others on the bank fishing for dinner, 6 families in all. We used 14 dozen grass crabs with the back busted to get that juice going and sent out for 12 more dozen. We caught over 100, shared the bait, fish and happiness with everyone. My special day. I will never forget two families going home with a huge bag of fish, one guy hauling off a 30# carp and dividing the 42” eel into 3 sections for those who wanted it so bad.
TRASH- Bring a bag to pick up other’s trash. There’s nothing we can do about the pigs. But we can set an example. Not even a tiny paper should be left.
FLASH A PICTURE AND RELEASE is how it’s done unless it’s a meal.
SHARING INFORMATION is being generous. There may be a buffer point where you have a small secret place, but sharing is good KARMA.
TAKE YOUR KIDS and others, teach them well. Nothing is better than passing the GOOD KARMA as they will expand the kindness. Your fishing KARMA will go on forever.
I don’t know for why fishing excites me so much, but I was hooked the first day I went with my Granddad and Dad. The time I spend with my sons is priceless and knowing some day they will be doing it when I am gone, the way I taught them is rewarding. They will say a little prayer for me each time they fish.
To all here on this special site. You have been given something great. Fishing is special for you. It’s not a poor man’s sport or a rich man’s sport. It’s for everyone and tome very spiritual. Who prays during their sport more than fishermen?
God bless you Great Fisherman and keep the GOOD KARMA going.
