Softwater?

With most hunting seasons (other than rabbit/hare) closed down, and as we wait for good ice, has anyone been having success out there on softwater?

I caught a couple of steelhead before Christmas on Lewis Creek. It's starting to freeze up again, so maybe one more trip. I know a few Lake Champlain trollers that are still at it and catching fish.
