What line is best for using with the jaw jacker braid or mono ?

Depends on what you are targeting. I'd say with pike you would want a braid to get a real good hookset, if you are going to use it for something like crappie then I would say mono so you don't get a set of lips back.

Good point on both of them. I don't think fish lips would taste too good.
