As we've done in the past.....pick an item or items you would like to bring.
(It doesn't necessarily have to be on this list, as speciality items are always welcome!!) 

I will update this list of who's bringing what as needed....


Baked Ham, Pulled Pork Shoulder, etc

Morfishin - Toss Salad and dressing + Cole slaw

breads/rolls/butter


desserts/cakes/donuts


chips/dips/crackers/cheeses
chum bucket - Lots of chips

nachos/salsa/taco dip


paper plates, bowls, plastic silverware, napkins,paper towels, paper cups, etc.


punch/iced tea, etc. ,coffee, creamer & sugar
All beverages need to be purchased from the Legion Hall

I'd like to try to limit the amount of stuff we would need the kitchen/ovens for, as it's extra to use the kitchen.
Anything that will work in a Crock Pot is great, as they have plenty of outlets for us to use.

The Banquet is cancelled.

Sorry to everyone, but we did not collect enough to cover the hall, so I have to cancel so they can try to book that date. If they do fill the slot, they will let us use the deposit for next year, which they don't have to do.

I have ordered most of the trophies (All the kids). All payments made will be carried over to next years banquet.
I don't have much of an option there, as most of the $$ has been used for trophies or the deposit on the hall. Not to mention I'll need to ship the kids their trophies, and in the long run all that will come out of my pocket.

I am very sorry for the kids who worked so hard this year and I know were really looking forward to the banquet to receive there trophies.
