pretty decent season....had a great time with bowlhogs, salmonseeker, and bassranger....we fished hard every weekend and put some fish on the ice....largemouth size was down this season with lunker going to salmon seeker at 5lbs 4 ozs...the year can be summed up as the season of the smallmouth...zillions of smallies over 3 pounds and plenty going in the fours.....i took lunker smallie at 4lbs 4 ozs and new club record...here's a glimpse of some of the better ones...

I can't speak for everyone, but pound for pound I would take the fight of a bronze back over a largemouth any day of the week.

WOW!!!

Awesome pics Jibbs. I was hoping you would post up and was waiting......those bass are huge. Almost makes me wanna switch from trout to bass.....almost. Still looking for that wall mount Lake Trout.

march was amazing...3 personal best smallies for 3 members season as well as that club record...the weather conditions early on in the season hurt us when it came to the largemouth count...:all that cold air makes it tough to manage 30 traps or even move traps around...our number one spot has fizzled the last few years as well...a ton of fishing pressure on that certain lake...our best move was targeting smallies in clearer lakes....another season goes by without that 5 lb smallie or 8 lb Largie ..we will see what the soft water holds
