MyFishFinder.com Just like iceshanty but warmer
Hey huntindave. I was there 2day(grey Silverado) We kept 26 medium crappies and a couple gills. Fished by them black tubes. Slow but steady, never moved.
Thanks again for the PM:) the rear hatch area is so large, that my 6 rod box is laying down in front of the scout, and my flambeau storage box w flasher and camera is in top of the rod box. 2 five gallon buckets are upright in this pic, setting in the scout. One w minnows, and other w fish packed in auger slush. The rear floors aren't even being used, or front passenger floor or seat.(Image removed from quote.)
I drove by Sunday around noon, the place was pretty full. I was surprised to see that many people out! Friday night a guy from 30 miles or so west of Crystal Lake broke his four wheeler through the ice trying to get off the lake by the west jettie (by the trees and trails, west of the bullhead quite a ways). I saw that he got it out, which was good.
I talked to the fella which helped him get it out on Saturday. The four wheeler was froze in a bit but the guy that got him out had a UTV with tracks and was able to pull the four wheeler free.
Good to hear the rain didnt eat the ice!!
