Had my head examined

Well last night I thought Kid had a nice eye stuck and so I hurried to help. The next thing I know my feet came out from underneath me and Old man Gravity took over. I fell with a thud and smacked my head hard against the ice. Ive been a little groggy and slightly disortiented so I went to the Doctor. After a lengthy battery of tests he told me I suffered a mild concussion and I should be alright. Just take it easy at work for a few he said. Ya know what he didn't say? Don't go ice fishing. So, 20 hours after the fact I was back on the ice. I managed a 3 lb channel cat and then had to go home to take care of some pre arranged committments and take a couple more advil. I'll be back after 'em tomorrow, with a little less zeal albeit, but after 'em none the less.

Similar thing happened to me a few years ago. Went to the Doc for a CAT scan of the old mellom. Happy to report, Doctor found nothing.  ;)

No rgyer, He had a Channel Cat on instead of an eye. So, I got horizontal for absolutely nothing other than a laugh and a hell of a headache!

LOL  I got my eye on a catfish. LOL
Guys let me tell you he hit the ice with some power, I thought it was an eye I had stuck but with my luck he went down trying to come to my rescue.
I could tell right away he was hurtin because he was all cross eyed looking at me and I felt terrible because it was a false alarm.
Next time you big dummy wear your cleats on that slick ice.
And I am not hollering at you for help either so take that, just like I threw that saugeye back in the lake on Sunday. hahahaha

Make sure its got a full face shield too so he can spit his Skoal all over it and let it run down the front of his shirt.
