lol howd you know? But yes someone told me the exact coordinates to enter a mysterious body of water!
I have been twice and am actually going in the AM with my dad cause i did not have anyone to go with today. But it is a good spot and this time i am hoping to get on some crappie. hopefully they bite over by the infamous rock face i was told to fish by for pike on the tip ups cause thats where im trying in the morning.

Boy had I saw this just a few hours earlier! I fish with a group ... Lots of tip ups... Let us know next time... Love to find the good pike holes around here

ill bet the secret access was a little flooded today the crappie in that spot definately bite better early ice and late ice last time i went about 2 weeks ago it was very slow lots of small pike though

not flooded and the crappie we only got 3 on the ice that were all keepers and the bluegill i caught about 20 little tiny ones and we got one keeper, the pike we got 6 and the biggest was 22 inches. but no the ice was just a little rough on top but not wet or anything it was nice walking, alot better the trudging through the snow like i did the last couple times.

yeah ive trudged through the snow a couple times this year there mostly early when there wasnt alot of better places to go.You know the crappie have to be 9 inches in there too.they are few and far between.maybe in middle to late march ill see you out there.i like to take my kid out there to chase flags.he likes catching those small pike

Have you ever heard of anyone taking any big pike out of there? The first time i went i spoke to a gentleman who said he had been fishing there for awhile and had only seen 1 pike pulled out of there pushing 10lbs.

havent heard of that big but i lost a nice one just under the ice that felt really nice he was heavy and was fighting hard not like a small one and when i got to it he was zinging line off about 100ft a second! man i sure wanted to get it out that that hole but i rushed my hook set cause my my exitement and stupidity but i would like to get a nice one the biggest we have pulled out was about 25".

Would love to go sometime, I live in Saranac Lake. I end up going with the my 4 yr old daughter more often then not as I never have anyone to go with as well. If you ever want to take the drive out this way let me know I got a bunch of good spots as well.

where can you park on the other end of the pond and get on instead of the special way? cause i seen ski doo and quad tracks out there sunday and i was told you could park on the other end but where? This saturday is my birthday and what better thing to do on your birthday then go ice fishing so i want to know where to park on the other side because i would really like to get my shanty out there with the quad and sit in it with the heat on and try to get on the crappie a little better if its not supposed to be the nicest out and just set the tip ups out the windows. We were right in front of the rock face sunday and i already said the results but the little dinky bluegills were biting a ton and i kept missing them because they were so small and it was just really frustrating. But where would i be better off to get onto some bigger keeper crappies and bluegills out there and still be in a good spot for pike? i thought the bigger back bay on the camp end looked like a good spot and would be a little shallower for the pike to cruise and the crappie and bluegill to move to, and its the north end of the pond which is supposed to be warmer and better?

it cant be anymore because that's where I see everybody else getting on except for a couple who still go my way, and how else would there be a quad and a sled on there?
