New shanty and derby days

Picked up a new shanty. Eskimo quickfish 3. Very nice. Really like this and seems perfect for me. So being my first derby I thought I'd stay local and concentrate on crappie and pickerel. First one on the ice locally at 4:30 Saturday and picked up 18 fish total. No derby placers though. Put in 12 hours then back at it on Sunday. New spot. 16 fish. Mixed bag of species all mostly smaller.

 Great full weekend on the ice and loving my new pastime.

I have the same quick fish ,the only issue I have is the door way to small but I guess when you fish out of a hunting blind painted red , you get use to it , by the way nice fish

Great job and welcome to the shanty....I started with one of those quick fish, they work great! I like being mobile and they really help!
