Jiffy model 30 ....which engine?

Trudge all the way out to my hot spot this morning. Try to cut the first hole and the jiffy stalls. First pull to try and restart and my recoil shatters all to bits! So back home I go.

Called a local shop for parts abd they want an engine model and I cant seem to find an answer. Anyone have any idea?

Yup. Tecumseh model TC300. The ol' bulletproof workhorse. Any competent shop can get the recoil for that. LOTS of them around.

Awesome! Really appreciate it buddy! She runs great but im not keen on rewinding the cord on the cup every pull

I have that same model in a 10" it is a beast! Model 30 parts should be no issues

other than the fact that the recoil broke.....you have one of the best augers out there as far as performance goes.
