Congrats to a good friend of mine on taking 2nd place at the derby. $650! it was a really nice day with the highest turn out so far (since the lions club stopped doing it). Lots of good stuff in the raffle 4 or 5 jaw jackers, one person chair tint, snow shoes, pole holders and some other items. 50/50 raffle was around $300. The 40% of the money that was not prize money goes toward a charity. Last year it went toward Saint Judes Hospital. This year it will go towards Primary Children Hospital. Hope to see some more people out there next year.
