Burbot Bash

Just wanted to see who else would be up at the Burbot Bash next weekend. I will be there and likely fishing in Linwood Bay assuming that there is enough ice. If you see a big black Ap Outdoors Xtreme Ice tent come by and say Hi.

We'll be in the green river arm up from lost dog in a blue Clam bigfoot xl6000 and some red eskimo hub tents 3's, 6's & 949's among others. This is a pic of 2 that we'll be there in. Feel free to stop by and say hi. Im going to try and rig my militia flag up on something tonite.



Good luck to everyone and be safe. There is some reports of thinner ice (4-6in) around some of the cliff areas so check it out before you pull in to close on machines

I got the flag pole all rigged up and will be flying the militia flag on the clam bigfoot XL6000. Actually turned out pretty sweet. Used a golf ball retriever i just so happen to have and dont use, it telescopes out pretty far

Eventful weekend for us!   Only caught 7 fish fri nite up the river arm and then sunk both our sleds in a pressure ridge area 10 ft off the bank where we parked the truck.  Sucked!  Took us a couple hours to get em out and we thank the couple of guys that came down and helped.  Bout 1500 worth a damage to the sleds and hundreds spent on new gear and setups for burbot.  We did catch a tagged fish but only the 200 buck variety----Very expensive tourny for us! 

Then--------------I win the Henry Rifle at the drawing sunday.  Go figure.
