Never been to Pablo and have been reading old posts from last year about how the fishing was. Just wanted to see what the ice was like now and how the fishing has been. and if your any fellow fisherman could give some incite where to fish would be great.

I haven't been in a couple of weeks, but there was plenty of ice then. Fish out from the outlet about 100 yards. I usually fish a little north of the outlet and do well. Fish 15 to 20 feet of water. Lots of perch, not a lot of great ones.

Ninepipes is better, in my opinion. Plus you're gonna catch more bass out there as well. The average size is at least another inch a half larger than pablo on the perch. However, the action on pablo is almost always constant.

Thanks Flathead Monster I think we might have to hit up Pablo Sunday. A buddy and I have been fishing all over and just haven't run into constant fishing. I just love Ripping lips even if we only get a few keepers out of the bunch.
