Trip to Manistique Area
« on: Jan 28, 2014, 11:52 AM »
Heading up to Gulliver feb 8 & 9 and thinking about fishing north Manistique or the big bay. Any suggestions? We have sleds so transportation isn't an issue. Also targeting walleye and pike. Not looking for any secret spots just some help. Tired of fishing Gulliver and catching a few hammer handles.

Thanks for the help in advance.

Indian Lake or McDonald lake are good bets and much smaller than BBDN so it may be easier to locate fish.

Ya fished McDonald a lot in summer. Never on the hard water. Might give it a try. I've done very well there on bass and pike.
