I HATE WIND!!!!!!!

So I decided I was going to go out and brave the wind this morning. Only fished about 30min and did really good. here is a sample of what yall missed.

I was on a bus and just happened to be sitting on a news paper. This guy came up and asked. "Are you reading that ?"
I said  yes, stood up, turned the page and sat back down.

The wind was to much for me to go out today but I was really hoping to. I will try again on Thursday around Des Moines if its not like it is today.

Hiding from the wind and stumbled across a new spot. Fished from 3:00 until 8:00 and it was non stop action. I'd rather be lucky than good any day.

The "honey do's arent going anywhere" but then again with the wind the shack may be going somewhere down the lake .

The boy and I went back to our out of the wind spot again today. We got there around 9:00 and planned on fishing till noon or so. We finally had to leave at 6:30 while the fish were still biting after a few threatening texts from the girlfriend. I can't believe how well they bit again all day. She's usually down for whatever but I can't get her in an ice shack.... Yet

Thought about going out today.  Till I went outside   Think its gonna be a good day to hang out in man cave going through tackle ect.  Besides I really don't think any lakes in the hills would be protected enough to have a good time.. Going in a m .

Fished from sunrise to 10:30, did good, couple dozen gills, few bass.  We went for a couple rides in the shack before we decided to call it a morning.  ;D Glad we went!

I was 0830-1200 and Nothin!! Got 3 bullheads to the bottom of the hole and spit it out. Several minnies that chewed the waxies off. Several different lures used so it wasn't one particular lure problem. Very frustrating!! How do you guys with these awesome pictures do it? We swiss cheesed this sand pit and got skunked again! I even will take dink after dink just to appease my daughter who loves to go with!
