New way to use a pop up!

Cut one side off your brand new, never used shanty.

Level the ramp on your enclosed trailer. Cables like I did or jacks work.
The tent is a little larger than the ramp so 8 screws and a cordless driver add extentions in seconds.

Snaps and Velcro and Wahla!

6x12 went to 6x18. Setting this trailer up to haul or RV. Fishing holes may be added in the future.

The Eskimo was just a size choice. I was disappointed it didn't have the thermal quality of my Clam I fish with. A 6x6 footprint was the plan and a on sale free shipping Eskimo fit the bill.

That is the initial attachment system. All the edges are getting Velcro. It will be a secure attachment.

Looks good but I'm lost as to what you're going to use it for?

If I can figure out how to move this thread to the website of the ATV club I belong too, the people that use similar trailers to camp and haul their quads/sxs's may be interested in it.  Most of them have their enclosed trailers setup with beds that fold up against the walls, stoves, cabinets and air conditioning in them but can always use more room.  Nice idea.

The family and I camped in it twice this summer. Worked as expected. Now if the ice gets thick enough this year, I am thinking this thing needs holes in the floor. At the very least we have a boat launch outpost that hauls the quad and shantys.

I camped out at a trapping convention last weekend in my Eskimo QF6 and it was great.

If you find the standard velcro doesn't hold it well enough, switch to aviation approved velcro - NIGHT & DAY difference in grip and staying power.  Not cheap, but neither is sending a hub airborne in a storm.

The stuff I used will stand up. It is pretty hard to remove. I am sure it will handle higher winds than I will ever be out in.
