constance lake

has anyone been to constance yet this season? how thick is the ice, heading there Saturday to try our luck.

had a buddy who went out there some earlier this season, and had pretty good luck
"you cant catch if your lines not in the water"

please report the road conditions as well, last year it didn't take long for them to close off the road, so much snow had blown over.

The grids and the road going into the lake weren't drifted over too bad last weekend.  The snow on the lake itself wasn't very deep either, should be easy to get out there.

went out today.took a sled and sleigh just in case wasn't sure on the ice conditions. seen lots of fish swimming around and came home with 4, one 4 lbs. They were interested but just seemed to not want to bite like they usually do. Got to see lots of fish tho so it was a successful day

corn, minnows, maggots. im pretty sure anything would work. It all depends on if the bite is on or not.
