Vexilar Transducer question
« on: Dec 25, 2013, 03:44 PM »
Will be buying a new transducer for a Vex Fl-8e. Was planning on getting a 19 deg. but talking to salesman at store he was suggesting a new ice ducer that adjust cone angle according to water depth. Was wondering it they are as great as the salesman says. Usually fish 5-40 fow.

yes it does make a difference in shallow water the wider angle definitely is a plus and in the deeper water 12+ you can bump it down. just my .02 cents
