Welcome to the site!  Very informative and friendly.  I am in the Johnstown area but have not been icefishing yet this year.  You been out yet?  I believe if the stars line up(not at work) we will be hitting up Barr lake on Sunday and try for some Walleye.

Yeah, I've been out five or six times, fisherguy. Only to close spots and its been very slow and frustrating, aggravating a broken back for just a few gills and a crappie..  Walleye is definitely my number one target, got my first ones through the ice last season.

Can't afford to drive to the places I want to so if anyone has a extra seat  or doesn't like fishing alone let me know if I could tag along. Especially to granby across trail ridge or the wellington area.  Or if someone could supply the gas I could drive.

Sounds like you have done good Coldhand, I think if i don't have to work will might be going to Boyd on Sunday if you want to join us.  Barr lake ice is still a little iffy from what the rangers are saying.  We are going to try for Walleye but I am just happy catching fish.  Let me know if you want to go and I will shoot you an email.
