Minnows for Grayrocks

Can anyone tell me if there is anywhere in Cheyenne or Wheatland to get minnows to fish Grayrocks, or is Glendo the closest?

the last time i stop in glendo they had no minnows, he said the state stop raisin them and he had no place to git them.. douglas has some in at curly's .
