New Toys for 2013 Ice Season

I've been saving my mula since ice off, and I guess I just found Santa's hiding place.  Can't wait for the ice up at 11mile!

I bought a ton of tungsten jigs, a tuned up custom noodle rod, a clam medium walleye rod, a new striker float jacket, an 8" Lazer hand auger, an in-depth outdoors hoodie, new hat and fingerless wool gloves. I'm still buying lol!!

Just a few more jigs, A Mr. Jigger and a Rod case to hold 6 Rods and most of the things I need handy.I spent way too much the last 2 years to buy much this year. It's not the money it's the opening up of my gear and seeing I have more then enough.
Oh I forgot, I sold my Shappell 5500 and bought a 6500 . How easy it is to forget.

for me it was a ton of rods a 2007 Polaris sportsman 700 twin a quick fish three jigs spoons reels rebuilt my smitty sled got an auger rack for the quad and a heater so far auger rack

I've so far bought a new Frabill Trekker II, Frabill Soft Tackle Bag, Frabill Shelter Light, bought the GF a Pflueger Trion and Fenwick Elite Tech for her first ice combo, some jigs and line, 2000 Eurolarvae, and I have a lot of PK's and 2 more JawJackers coming my way. I was lucky enough to take 2nd in a GoPro Film Festival and with that I won a new GoPro Hero 3 Black Edition to go with my Hero 2 so I plan to take some awesome videos this ice season!

Nice, Mitch!  Sounds like some great additions.  Glad you found the spikes.  I might need to order some this year too, if they stay on the hook better than waxies.  And congrats on the Go Pro win! We'll have to find some trophies to film this season!

Just scored a Shappell FX-100 one man flip hut.  I'll let you  guys know how I like it.  Right now I may need a much smaller heater than the Mr. Buddy.  Looking at a Coleman Blackcat.

Almost forgot...I also bought a Tri-Beam transducer for my Vex FL-20.  Tired on getting poor returns in deep water when targeting lakers.

Yeah I have mostly the BPS lazers also.  Im thinking of ordering some online that are white/pink- white/green those types of colors.

Ha ha you have never used a Vex and there's a reason I sold you my Marcum  the Vex is kinda like a Diesel powered truck verse the foreign 4-Banger Marcum

Saw them advertised on the Ice Team Show the other day. Looks great. Lighter fluid is cheap. The only thing is,once you light it and place it in the bag it comes with, it burns until all the fluid is gone. So I figure I can light it on my way to a lake and be good all day.
