Hormel chili or hotdogs when out on the ice.

My favorite is pancakes for breakfast, brats for lunch, and pork steak for dinner. I can't wait for this up coming season because my new shack will have an oven in it and I love frozen pizza.

It depends on how many people are going.  It could be something as simple as ring baloney boiled in a pot on the fish cooker, with bread, and chips, to several kinds of brats,  hamburgers, and smoked country style ribs on the Coleman grill.  Gonna try breakfast this year, along with other lunch, and dinner ideas that I want to try.

Depends on my mood and what's on sale at my store. But so far this season the ctown ice cafe has served from scratch chicken parm with provolone and parm on top, ny strips with garlic mashed potatoes, 12 hr slow braised beef back ribs with a beef and red wine broth for a hot soup style lunch and steak n cheese subs. Heading up to Champlain next week and going to begin planning my menu soon.

Here's a few pictures for your viewing pleasure
Ny strip

Chicken parm

Grass fed bacon cheeseburgers

Chili dogs, steak, eggs, ham sandwiches, sunflower seeds and beer. Lots of beer!
Come on fish!
