Im curious about these also, would the propane one have to have an external vent or pipe to operate say inside a pop-up?

I have a propane one been using it for about four years. The first year 2 years I didn't vent it but last year did. I decided it might be safer vented for the overnight trips that little heater throws some heat

looks good 5758ericm, im looking for something for overnite trips as well so a vent would probably be the best way to go. Just a bit tricky to do in a pop-up
looking to incorporate one of these into a piece of canvas that I could put over one of the doors opened on my 949i or our bigfoot xl6000

Before you vented it did it give off any smell from the propane?
