This late ice is great

Hit the hard water again today. Still a good 10" and holding. Met Ziffle and Icefishingking from the shanty today. They made the drive up from Sandwich to find some ice. Dave and crew nice to meet and get to fish with you guys. Hopefully get to fish with you at the cape when the stripers are in. A lot of action from 7:00 am until about 12:00pm then the switch was flipped to off and it slowed way down. Not to bad in all though. Frank, Jim and myself iced about 15 or so pickeral, mostly dink picks. a couple crappies on the jig sticks and a bunch of yellow perch on both jig sticks and tip ups as well as the Nor' Easters. Ziffle got a nice 4 pound bass and I got a decent bass. Didn't but mine on the scale. Probably be back at it in the morning for a few hours.

wtg bud. shame we could not connect. i would have been nice to see ziffle again. i fished with FRED just up the way in rutland and we did about the same. i was going to swing by around noon but the action remained consistant so could get over there. ill post a few of the pics i took on another post. nice bass btw.

Jeff, it was great meeting you guys. You have a nice spot there.  Non stop action in the morning. We would have run out of bait if we hadn't mixed in the worms. It was nice to see someone delivers bait to that pond. I didn't take any pictures which is a rarity for me.  We'll be back.
