Jim's bait shop done

 jim's bait on rt 196 is closed....the new regs on smelts and the other added expenses has drove him out................... ....will miss jim both on the soft and hardwater sides...he really treated everyone fair.....wish him the best

sorry to hear about that. tough luck for jim and his family as well as the angler who appreciates a good baitshop. god knows there are't enough of them

yea that really sucks. I am trying to figure out where I am gonna get all my sabbattus bait as Johnsons doesnt carry anything but pinners..

I understand that but its way out of my way.. I can make it to sabbattus in 25 minutes by taking rt 9 it would take darn near an hour to go thru lewiston..
