Help Raquette Lake please

Hey guy... Looking to head up to Raquette lake Sunday and was wondering how the ice, fishing, lures, and any good spots are? Your info would be appreciated!! Thanks !! :)

Ice is thick. Fishing is good...   Catch some smelt for bait...  Lakers out deep, brook trout in 3 feet or less...

Sweet!!! Thanks !! I didn't see them on the ice reports so I appreciate it. What'd you use to jig with?

Two foot of ice, a little more in spots, with 4-5 inches of frozen hardpacked snow on top. If you can catch smelt, great, if not they love suckers.  If jigging, use any spoon until you find one that is appetizing to them.  Found the lakers to be picky their.  Good luck.
