made it up to Winni today, little late, forgot my sons jacket had to turn around. Still made it on the ice by 7:30.
Want to say thanks to my buddy Scott for hooking us up with his shanty out there. You can't miss it, it is the one with the 20 foot
tip up in front of it. Slow day, 1 Laker and plenty of perch, but it was a great day.
Talked to the run way guy, he asked to put the word out that they should be plowing the run way hopefully this week if they get 12" of ice.
Just a reminder he said you need to be 50' from the runway to fish on either side. Also asked if I knew the person who owned the shanty by the band stand, he said it needed to be moved. If you know please pass it on.

Should have been there yesterday you cold have seen the Flatlander drive his 4 wheeler into the drink by the mounts dock... Better part of the whole ordeal was watching them trying to get it out!
That looks like the same perch I caught there yesterday afternoon, got skunked two weeks in a row..

I heard that was pretty entertaining.  My bud also told me it wasn't long after a guy drove his truck on the ice
