Volga Lake

Has anyone been to Volga Lake recently?  Wondering about ice conditions.  It's just over an hour drive so I'd rather not waste a trip.

DNR report shows the ice is plenty thick and guys have been doing good.

Crappy there 3 hours today and didn't mark.a thing

Thanks for the input guys.  I might swing up there next weekend and give it a try.  We fished Bussey yesterday and it was slow in the morning for us.  My buddy was marking a lot of fish but they didn't seem too interested in biting.

just got back from volga lake .     Lots of smaller crappie few bluegills marked bunches of fish all day.

What part of the lake did u mark / catch them cause I didn't see any

we were about 200 feet from the floating docks yesterday there was alot of  people in the same area.There was about six shacks straight across from the boat ramp but don't know how they were doing.We were in about 16fow.
