I saw someone ice fishing on Yellowtail today.

What part of Yellowtail were they fishing?

He was in a spot that I really like to fish.  So I try to keep a little bit secret anyway .  I posted mostly so people would know about the ice .  The river is frozen through Greybull as well and maybe all the way to to 14A .  Now I need to see if I can get my tired old legs to haul my gear most of a mile out on the ice .

My brother is on leave in the military and we are looking for somewhere to ice fish. He has never fished crooked creek bay and we were wondering if their is good ice and how the fishing has been. Any help would be great on this, we are just looking for a good place close to home while Buffalo Bill isn't fish-able.

There was a man on it before Christmas.  The ice should be great at Crooked Creek.  I did not make it out so I can't say how the fishing is.  I will gone until the middle of next month so I will have to try it then.
