My new VX-1 Pro Just arrived!! As a newbie to ice fishing this is a big day to me! i can't wait for ice. I ordered it from sportsman guide for 224.00 dollars which is about 50.00 less than I could find any flasher any where for sale. I am stoked!!

Good luck with the new Vexilar, I've been fishing since 1996 and never had a flasher until last year when I bought a Showdown Dual Beam.  Well we all know what happened last year so needless to say I didn't get to use it much at all.  I'm hoping for a great year like the year before last.

I bought the VX-1 Pro last winter and it was a great flasher just sold it two weeks ago to but a new one probably order the LX-5 I'm thinking.

I have a vx-1 pro for about 6yrs. i have caught thousands of fish with it. its a great unit and a great price. i fish with a buddy that has an lx-5 and i catch just as many if not more than he does. good luck with your new unit.

Got one at the end of the season last year for 199.99 from Glen's. Also got the frabill grey suit from them at the same price. Which is plenty warm. If anyone is shopping for something and saving. Glens is a great place to check out. I love my marcum.  My friends who fish vexies all their life  say "damn I love the color seperation on that ". Great unit. Good price.

You'll love it.  I am still using the old style VX1 I bought when they first came out.  Paid $150 for it and worth every penny.
