What forum do you use for open water fishing. I've found a few but none seem to have as much local info as this one. Just wonderin. ;D ;D ;D

I've been tryin' 2 get people onto catch-n.com. They have good things on there. They are mainly a Minn. sight, but they have a place for other states 2 post.

Try the forums on fishingminnesota.com

They have an Iowa section that is pretty much as active as this one.  Plus if you fish Minnesota they have the state forums for Minnesota split into areas.  Plus ther is hunting, sports, and other forums.  It is one of my favorites.

I am Whisker Trout Slayer on that one.

I am an admin on www.iowaoutdoors.org and a forum moderator for the Iowa board on the www.fishing minnesota.com website.  Both are good resources....the Minnesota site is a lot quieter than it used to be, but is still good, and the Iowa site is VERY busy with lots of members, but super great info about any topic you would ever think of wanting to know.  I also hang out on in-depthangling.com, but mostly river folks and NW iowa guys on there.
