Awesome fish! I caught a 29 incher that weighted 10 lbs 1 0z. (i cheated and went to Canada), it had thick shoulders like that one....so 12-13 pounds is a very reasonable estimate! Should be a nice mount.

Rusty,

Congratulations on an exceptional Togue, do not pass go, go straight to the taxidermist and/or carver/painter, 30" or over is a very high bar and difficult to repeat, take it from my own regrets of one I wished I had mounted from years ago.  I understand it is an added and unexpected financial investment but believe me, 20 years from now you will gaze upon that trophy with pride and the happiness of the memory! :) :)

Wow! That's awesome...congrats!  That's going to look nice on the wall. Hell of a cusk too! Cusk that size are pretty old. Caught one 27"  almost 6lbs at Ross lake. They grow slow.

Awesome laker Rusty. ;D..I would definately put that on the wall..been fishing a long time and yet to catch a togue that large.. >:(..on a good note I caught a PB cusk on Saturday night..34 inches 10.5 lbs.. :o.. similiar to the one in your picks..both impressive fish. ;)
