im from durham and i drove to the NW corner atleast 8 times this year.  The problem is all the lakes that do have ice left have trout and the season closes as of tomorrow. o well everyone have a nice year and lets get ready for that April opener. good luck all

Im pretty sure dog pond doesnt have trout. If theres ice then you could probably fish it
