Easy tip downs

Was going through the millions of Ice fishing items on E-bay and found this.

I am sure even the novice can make these with little effort.

Items:
1. Ruler
2. Wire hooks
3. Bucket

Some one get out in their shop and make one and post it here. Hurry up I'm waiting.
