it may happen. 

we were all but thawed here mostly in the QC.  5 days 99% below freezing could help shore up some ice.  my main goal is to have enough just to get some brush out.

 I'm hoping by next weekend It will be 4" or more so I can hit the ice again. Next week is supposed to be highs in the 20's and lows in the teens

what report you looking at.  all my outlooks show high 30's low 40's starting monday.

 I wish that report was what I'm seeing, but it's not.

I am going to drive to Morrison-Rockwood to check out the lake Saturday morning. I have something to do early, but after 10am I should be free. There were people on the lake last weekend. But it really warmed up on Sunday. I am hoping this recent cold spell had solidified the lake again. Maybe I'll check the Silt Basin if the gate is open.
