Haven't been there in a week but Hot Springs Landing been fishing good. Also heard of some perch by West Side resort. Don't trust the ice in the center yet, I think it's just setting up

Ice is good from Hot Springs Landing and west up the Camas arm. Last Saturday someone went thru the ice on their 4-wheeler on the West side I believe near Lava Point. Far as I know they are fine. Ice is very unstable from Hot Springs to the dam. The ics is starting to form up on the main water but very scary right now. With the big storm coming and cold temps we've had it should be good by the end of the month.

Went to Hot Springs two weeks ago and the ice was fine but that may have changed.  The fish were finicky and in the deep part of the channel.  No perch.

Not to sure  about west side, heard about a 4 wheeler that fell through at Lava Point so I would be cautious :-\

We were at Mackay monday and the fishing was bad . First skunk of the year . Talked to several groups and no one was catching fish . Curt G.
