Anyone have any experience with the HT augers?

I had a little time to kill before a meeting last night and the closest place was Dick's so i figured i would wander around the ice gear.

They had HT augers for dirt cheap .... the standard 7 inch was under $50 and they had a "better" model for under $60 .... the more expensive one had blades that looked like the Nils augers.

Anyone own one? .. or used one?

I would stay away from HT augers, IMO they are Junk.  For almost the same price you can get a 6" Mora hand auger.

Even honed Razor sharp, never had any luck with them !
