Eggs For Lakers?
« on: Jan 17, 2012, 02:21 PM »
Just curious as to what people think of using eggs (salmon or trout) for catching lakers. It's not very common where I live as far as I can tell. We don't have salmon here and I don't personally know anyone who cures trout eggs.
I just ordered some of the Bad Azz Salmon Eggs from Pro-Cure and I'm curious to give a try to throwing some bait sacs down to try and entice lake trout.
Does anyone have any other favorite bait for lake trout that they'd be willing to share if they don't think the eggs are a good idea?
