Great Fish!!!! Any idea on the weight?

We guessed around 20 ish.....

I saw some local guys pull 40-50 pounders out of nets in the summer so I know there's much larger ones in this lake...  Blows my mind that something that size comes out of 10 FOW....

My favorite way to cook lake trout is to make skinless fillets, then just put approx. 1 tablespoon of oil in the frying pan. After it gets sizzling pretty good in a couple of minutes, flip the fillet, then pour in lemon juice and poach the meat the rest of the way in this juice.
