That's the problem with non lead jigs except for the tungsten. They all have to be vinyl paint dipped or sprayed.You might be able to powder paint a tin jig, but you'd have to be careful. The melting point for tin is 450*F and powder paint melts at 350*.There a tin and bismuth alloy out there, but it's melting point is like 280 something *.A 1/8 oz tin jig would be huge, the sise of a 1/4 oz. lead or bigger.All the non lead jigs are $$$ and there isn't that big of a selction yet.
