That's the problem with non lead jigs except for the tungsten. They all have to be vinyl paint dipped or sprayed.

You might be able to powder paint a tin jig, but you'd have to be careful. The melting point for tin is 450*F and powder paint melts at 350*.

There a tin and bismuth alloy out there, but it's melting point is like 280 something *.

A 1/8 oz tin jig would be huge, the sise of a 1/4 oz. lead or bigger.

All the non lead jigs are $$$ and there isn't that big of a selction yet. Good luck on your search.

the selections arent seeming to be the greatest in between tiny jigs and big lures. very frustrating when the warnings dont even say lead, just a substance thats illegal in calf. there has to be some epoxy jigs that are larger mixed with tungsten powder, maybe its time to mix my own
