Drove to kit lake near Cl-steepbank yesturday wow seconds in on the road. only 6 iches of snow and the ice is 10-14 inches black. couple brooks and rainbow at kit lk then headed to trappers cabin for lunch and Pike fishing couple hammer heads Bp was dropping as temp was rising poor fishing but a beauty of a day.. Grey Jays wouldn't leave us alone very cool feeding right out the hand. Bridge into Cl-Steepbank is washed out.. bring chainsaw also if you r heading that way. Beavers and plow wind has made a mess. lucky i had mine. beavers coming out of creek beside Kit lk having a fest. Pic soon after i unload 600 lbs of fire wood.
