Jiffy Handle Kit

Got a handle kit on order for my one armed bandit.... any tips on installation??  pics, words of advice..

The kit will come in a bag that states " not for resale to consumer" in other words it ain't that easy, however if you're handy and mechanically inclined you'll be fine. Advice is borrow a model 30 and have it next to you when you convert yours. The only thing we do at our authorized Jiffy Service Center is rotate the pull cord starter 90 degrees so the cord pulls directly away from the throttle lever. This makes it easier to pull start, and you won't find that in the directions. Call/PM me if you have anymore questions.   Hope this helps..GoodLuck

I converted mine a couple years ago, took about 1.5 hours.

If you're somewhat mechanically inclined it'll be fairly simple.

The instructions aren't the greatest, so my advice is to read them, shake out the parts supplied, read them again and go step by step, slowly.

In the couple seasons since I converted mine, I've not had to go back and "refix" any of the mods made, I was a bit concerned over the throttle linkage not being right but it's all good.
