Cut kielbasa in 4 inch pieces. Split lengthwise, 3/4 through. Fill each with mixture of 2 tablespoons grated Swiss cheese and either 1 tablespoon sauerkraut or pizza sauce. Wrap with bacon slices. Secure with toothpicks. Grill or broil 4 inches from heat until bacon is turn, turning often. Service on toasted buns  ;D ;D ;D

Followed by a large piece of that candied bacon cheesecake that was on here, I presume! Enough alcohol flushed through your arteries during consumption of this meal should keep them clear and flowing.http://www.iceshanty.com/ice_fishing/Smileys/default/grin.gif

Next time you make them try this: instead of toothpicks use pieces of uncooked spaghetti noodles to secure the bacon. It cooks while the meat does and you don't have a toothpick to worry about removing.
